Job Description: Senior Project Coordinator

Hott Source is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join their team in Horley, Surrey. This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working arrangements.

Estimated Salary: £37,500 - £42,500 per annum.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a motivated individual to take on a key role within our agency. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of creative projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and stay within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination within the creative industries, with a strong track record of supporting successful projects. You will also have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Excel.

Key Duties:
  1. Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Provide support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied.
  3. Help oversee financial management and track expenses.
  4. Support the identification and mitigation of risks, addressing issues proactively.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  6. Contribute to quality reviews and ensure timely delivery of all outputs.
