Main Responsibilities:
  • We manage complex diary commitments, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Drive corporate governance and effectiveness in accordance with our responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and conduct research.
  • Provide high-level support to senior leaders, demonstrating business acumen and understanding of wider business needs.
  • Making swift decisions independently or with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint 365 knowledge.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Project management experience.
