Air Partner, a world-leading international aviation services group, is seeking a Support Operations Specialist to join its team in Bracknell.

This role involves providing customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems for the Air Partner Group. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Desk Team Lead and other Helpdesk Analysts to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting users remotely and excellent communication skills. They will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to make decisions while balancing competing priorities.

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolution actions taken.
  • Work closely with the Service Desk Team Lead and other Helpdesk Analysts to improve system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Service Desk Team Lead to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification (desirable)
  • Experience in supporting users remotely
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
