We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to collaborate and support the Southern Operations Regional management team. The ideal candidate will provide financial insights, analysis, and decision-making support for strategic planning and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial analysis and provide financial insights
  • Work with the shared services team to define management reporting requirements
  • Interpret complex information to determine the impact of financial decisions
  • Provide financial leadership during forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Advise senior managers on actual performance against budgets and forecast
  • Develop and maintain new management information to aid regional operations

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Relevant degree/5+ years previous experience
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring/people management
  • Strong team player with commercial acumen

Estimated Salary: £88,000 - £103,000 per annum (dependent on skills & qualifications)
