Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Head of Strategic Finance, Planning, and Risk to join our team and contribute to our mission to enable the aviation industry to meet the highest safety standards. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing our financial strategy and overseeing the implementation of a financially sustainable operating model.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of our financial strategy and oversee the implementation of a financially sustainable operating model.
  2. Develop a strategic integrated planning capability, ensuring the organisation adopts a medium to long-term planning approach.
  3. Embed a culture focused on value for money throughout the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage financial operations effectively.
