This is an exciting opportunity to join the Civil Aviation Authority as a Senior Resource Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality resourcing services, with a focus on driving business outcomes and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement resourcing strategies that align with the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring the effective management of resources and talent.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify resourcing requirements, develop job descriptions, and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on resourcing best practices, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Proven experience in a resourcing or talent management role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- A generous salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
