Job Title: Head of Resource Development
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced recruitment specialist to lead our resourcing team and drive strategic workforce planning for the Civil Aviation Authority.
As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
A strong analytical skillset, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving diversity representation and scarce skills recruitment in a similar organization.
Salary: £67,855 - £90,473 per annum.
This role involves working at Gatwick Airport with regular travel to our Westferry office.
About You- Demonstrable experience of leading a recruitment team and driving improvement in diversity representation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Possession of a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in a similar field.
