About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Operational staff within IT and driving the Infrastructure and IT Support area within the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' experience as an IT Operations Manager or similar role.
  • IT related Degree.
  • ITIL/ITSM Service Delivery experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of networks, wi-fi, servers, storage, and back up, as well as good experience of MS Servers and Active Directory policies. They should also be able to look at capacity management and make clear judgements and decisions.

  • Hybrid working of two to three days in the office per week and the rest of the week working from home.
