Senior Care Manager

Avenues Group is a leading provider of care and support services, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and complex needs. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Manager to join our team in Chapelmede, Horley.
About the Role:- This part-time position offers a competitive salary of GBP27,154 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a stable and rewarding career in social care.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring a high-quality service that meets the needs of our service users.
- Maintain a practical knowledge of policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate usage and compliance with current legislation and CQC requirements.
- Work with the Service Manager to reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, motivating and inspiring the team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example.
- Attend appointments with service users, participate in care reviews, review and update care plans and risk assessments, record and monitor daily logs, lead shifts, and administer medication as needed.
- Experience supporting people with disabilities and complex needs, including personal care and administering medication.
- Ability to work across different shift patterns on a 7-day rota and be part of an on-call rota.
- Paid enhanced DBS clearance and access to e-learning and classroom training opportunities.
