Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Class 1 relief driver to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a Class 1 Relief/Tramper driver, you will be responsible for making bulk collections and deliveries between various DPD sites and customers nationwide.

You will be driving a modern fleet on an agreed shift pattern, delivering palette loads to HGV-friendly locations. A minimum of 4 nights a week, sleeping in your vehicle at one of our secure locations, is required. You will be covering a set region surrounding your base depot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving a Class 1 vehicle on agreed shift patterns
  • Delivering palette loads to HGV-friendly locations
  • Performing bulk collections and deliveries between DPD sites and customers nationwide
  • Operating in a secure environment with designated sleeping areas
Requirements
  • A valid UK Class 1 Driving Licence
  • Minimum 12 months Class 1 experience
  • A valid UK CPC Card
  • A valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
  • Ability to load/unload trailers where needed
