Sullivan Brown Resourcing Partners - HR Recruitment Experts is seeking an experienced HR Talent Development Manager to join their team.

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a permanent opportunity starting in February. As an HR Talent Development Manager, you will develop and embed a Talent Management Strategy that sets out the employee value proposition.

You will work closely with the Head of People to improve routes into the organisation for future colleagues, and the way people are onboarded for success.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder skills, the ability to work at pace, and previous experience in a Talent or OD role.
