Job Description
- Oza Holdings seeks a skilled Senior HR Manager to lead the HR department and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and extensive experience in HR management.
About This Role
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, leading the HR team, and overseeing talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence Senior Leadership and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and drive initiatives related to talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Administer bonus programs and manage annual increases and revised contracts.
