Senior HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Oza Holdings.
Responsibilities:- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR department, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to HR staff members.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, investigations, and the implementation of policies to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Estimated Salary: R500,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
