Our client, a leading Fire & Security firm based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to line managers on HR matters and overseeing the recruitment process.

Full-time position available, salary: £30-35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and advice to line managers on HR matters, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Craft and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with BS7858, ISO standards, and employment laws.
  • Regularly review and update policies to reflect changing legal requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Manage security screenings and exit interviews, maintaining accurate and compliant HRIS data.
  • Act as a dedicated HR advisor, addressing employee relations matters such as absences, health issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
