We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Talent and Development Lead at Middlemore. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organisation's talent and development strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading talent development initiatives, preferably within a Financial Services environment. You will be expected to develop and implement effective talent management and succession planning approaches, as well as coach and develop senior leaders across the group.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.

  • Develop a comprehensive talent management and succession planning approach
  • Lead the employee engagement process and initiatives
  • Support and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) agenda
  • Support and embed the performance management framework and process

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading talent development initiatives
  • Experience developing and coaching leaders
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
