Talent Finder is a dynamic and expanding law firm seeking a seasoned Solicitor to lead our Gosforth sub-office. As a Practice Lead, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of Solicitors and supporting the growth of the firm. Your caseload will consist of Property, Probate, Family, and Civil Litigation matters.

The successful candidate can expect:

  • Flexibility in working location and hours to suit individual needs.
  • A stimulating work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days annual leave plus additional days between Christmas and New Year.
