Talent Development Manager

We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team at Middlemore. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organisational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth and success.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR-related matters.
- Collaborating with specialist colleagues to deliver client-focused solutions that drive business results.
You will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing a superb employee experience across the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit. This includes ensuring that all employees receive ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience operating in the strategic business partner space.
- Excellent experience of managing complex change.
- Solid background operating as a true business partner in a strategic manner.
- Experience of coaching and engaging leaders through change and influencing business decisions.
