Talent Development Specialist

We are looking for a talented Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Sullivan Brown Resourcing Partners - HR Recruitment Experts. This role will involve collaborating with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to shape and deliver organisational strategy through people. The successful candidate will have prior experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role and strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Full generalist remit across HR service delivery, Employee Relations, Culture, Engagement and Performance, ED&I, Reward and Recognition, Wellbeing, and organisational strategy development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to shape and deliver organisational strategy through people.
The salary for this role is approximately £48,750 per annum, based on the midpoint of the advertised salary range.
