Job OverviewExemplar Health Care is seeking a Regional Talent Development Specialist to cover various services across Yorkshire and North East, with travel to other regions expected. This role is a 40 hour per week contract with a competitive rate of £30,841 plus £3,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff members. With a strong focus on quality care, we are committed to investing in the growth and development of our employees.

Responsibilities• Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff members and promote quality care• Collaborate with managers and staff to identify learning needs and develop solutions• Conduct regular evaluations of training programs to ensure they are effective and meeting their objectives• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective• Work with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectivesRequirements• A degree in Education, Training, or a related field• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational and time management skills• Commitment to quality care and a patient-centered approachBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
