About the Role

Additionally, the Talent BP will own the talent management framework, ensuring it aligns with the organisation's overall strategy and goals. Key responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Talent Development: Creating opportunities for employees to learn and grow, including training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Talent Reviews: Conducting regular talent reviews to assess the effectiveness of the talent management framework and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent stakeholder skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees at all levels. Previous experience in a Talent or OD role is essential, as is the ability to work at pace and think strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
