Role Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative HR Professional to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will provide critical support to the HR department, ensuring seamless daily operations and contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, with excellent organizational and communication skills. A background in recruitment or payroll would be advantageous, but is not a requirement.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Onboarding:
  2. Manage right to work checks, contract preparation, and reference verification for new hires.
  3. Deliver general administrative support to operational staff, encompassing rate modifications, employment letter generation, and holiday request processing.
  4. Maintain effective relationships with HR, operations, payroll, recruitment, and training teams to guarantee timely and accurate documentation.
  5. Respond to HR-related inquiries and update employee data as necessary.
  6. Cultivate positive interactions with construction personnel working on-site, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  7. Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Senior HR Manager.
Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within HR, recruitment, or payroll.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and flexibility in adapting to changing situations.
  • Prior experience in office administration is beneficial, though not compulsory.
