Job Details

Salary: The successful candidate can expect a salary of £25-£27k per annum, depending on experience.

Location: South Cerney

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

The HR & Operations Assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Sending correspondence letters to operatives, such as employment letters and rate change letters;
  • Working from the HR portal to ensure up-to-date databases;
  • Answering incoming query calls from operatives;
  • Liaising between operations and other departments;
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets.
