Job Title: HR & Facilities Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Kubus Group Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including conducting research, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Support the development of training programs and workshops, including coordinating logistics and ensuring effective communication with attendees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance management documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the facilities team, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is desirable but not essential.
