Role Overview

We're currently seeking a HR & Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role involves supporting managers and employees with workplace relations, performance management, and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting managers with HR-related issues and performance management.
- Assisting with the recruitment process, from start to finish.
- Coordinating training and development requirements, including bookings and agreements.
- Compiling offer letters, job descriptions, and contract packs for new starters.
- Creating employee correspondence, such as salary changes and training agreements.
- Maintaining up-to-date HR records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Managing facilities maintenance and repairs in the office.
- Supporting the H&S team with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration is desirable.
- Confidentiality and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
