About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within a pharmacy operations team, responsible for delivering effective patient-centred services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, maintaining an organised and safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
  • Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.
  • Ability to handle pressure and make decisions.
