Workshop Operations Manager

First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Workshop Controller to assist with the day-to-day efficient running of service operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Service Manager and be responsible for planning and managing workshop resource requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule daily workshop activities to achieve key targets and monitor work in progress
• Proactively plan and identify parts required for workshop repairs and liaise with the Parts Department for availability
• Manage and mentor workshop staff to deliver industry-leading customer service
• Offer technical support to customers and engineers to ensure timely repairs
• Communicate with manufacturers to improve product quality and reliability
• Ensure the workshop team works closely with Sales and Aftersales to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of workshop operations and be able to manage resources effectively.
