Job Overview:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the central rural professional team, comprising a Director and Associate, as well as occasionally assisting the wider professional team in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer full administrative support to the team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all instructions.
  • Undertake due diligence enquiries such as Land Registry, planning, and comparable information searches.
  • Prepare draft Valuation reports and maintain debtor management for the team.
  • Raise fee accounts and deal directly with clients via telephone, taking messages, and occasionally face-to-face.
  • Manage diaries, including internal and external meetings, travel, and hotel bookings when required.
  • Update and/or produce schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with general administration within the office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong proof-reading and attention to detail skills.
  • Show proven organisational skills and excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
  • Accurate typing skills and reliable handling of confidential matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both within Savills and externally with clients.
