Rural Support Specialist

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the central rural professional team, comprising a Director and Associate, as well as occasionally assisting the wider professional team in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer full administrative support to the team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all instructions.
- Undertake due diligence enquiries such as Land Registry, planning, and comparable information searches.
- Prepare draft Valuation reports and maintain debtor management for the team.
- Raise fee accounts and deal directly with clients via telephone, taking messages, and occasionally face-to-face.
- Manage diaries, including internal and external meetings, travel, and hotel bookings when required.
- Update and/or produce schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with general administration within the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong proof-reading and attention to detail skills.
- Show proven organisational skills and excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
- Accurate typing skills and reliable handling of confidential matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both within Savills and externally with clients.
