HR Administrative Support Specialist

A&B Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding administration, including conducting Right to Work checks, issuing contracts, and gathering references. They will also provide general administration support to site operatives, such as rate changes, employment letters, and holiday requests.
In addition, the HR Administrative Support Specialist will liaise with various departments, including HR, Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, and Training, to ensure smooth weekly payroll processes. They will also handle HR inbox queries and general inquiries from construction operatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing workload effectively under tight deadlines
- Dealing with multiple requests simultaneously
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone
- Providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
This role offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous office admin experience, we encourage you to apply.
