HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in recruitment or payroll would be advantageous, but is not essential.
This role offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in HR, with the potential for career advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding Administration:
- Coordinate right to work checks, contract issuance, and reference gathering for new employees.
- Provide general administration support for operational staff, including rate changes, employment letters, and holiday requests.
- Liaise between HR, operations, payroll, recruitment, and training teams to ensure timely and accurate paperwork.
- Respond to HR inbox queries and update personnel information as needed.
- Interact with construction operatives working on site, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Undertake other duties as required and requested by the Senior HR Manager.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in HR, recruitment, or payroll.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Prior experience in office administration would be beneficial, although not essential.
