**General Overview**

Working within procedures defined by the HR & Compliance Manager, to provide the highest level of administrative support. Specifically focussed on delivering support to facilitate the smooth running of the HR department but also assisting, as and when required, with tasks related to the compliance of information security and data protection.

**Responsibilities/Duties**

Management of job descriptions:

- Create for new roles;
- Update when staff roles change

Management of job adverts:

- On FleetCheck website;
- On Indeed website;
- With agencies;
- Including arranging interviews;
Review CVs and filter them before sending to line managers;
Keep a record of all recruitment spending, ensuring all invoices are passed to accounts in a timely manner;
Attend interviews and take notes if the HR & Compliance Manager is unavailable;
Management of organisation chart/telephone list;
Updating the HR Procedure and updating/writing other HR related Playbooks.

Administration of PeopleHR, including:

- Adding new employees;
- Ensuring all records are accurately maintained/updated;
- Assisting/advising line managers as required;
- Liaising with PeopleHR help desk as required.

General HR administration duties.

**Other Duties**
- Assisting with Compliance Administration as and when required;
- Management of stationery orders and basic office supplies,office furniture etc;
- Research tasks as assigned, e.g. company events;
- Be flexible, as directed by your line manager, to cover other activities within the team when required.

**Experience**
- 2+ years working in HR administration;
- Experience of reading, inputting, and manipulating data;
- Good knowledge of general office administration.

**Skills**
- Good, accurate keyboard skills and ICT competence;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Communicate effectively with a variety of people in a positive, helpful manner;
- Ability to adapt to different situations and demands;
- Planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask whilst working under pressure.

**Rewards and Additional information**
- The normal contractual working week is 37.5 hours; a standard day is 7.5 hours.
- The work pattern is fixed hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm with 0.5 hour lunch break.
- The annual holiday entitlement based on the above working pattern is 25 days.
- Staff are able to work in a hybrid pattern with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week if agreed with their line manager.
