About the Role

The Role of Receptionist at Rodericks Dental is a key position in our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring patients have a great experience from the moment they arrive
  • Providing a high level of customer service and support to patients and team members alike
  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Working with the team to understand treatment options and provide information to patients
  • Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
  • Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organisations

Key Skills and Experience

  • Able to build rapport with patients and team members
  • Passionate about driving the success of the practice
  • Able to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way
  • Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture, and rebooking)
  • IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software
  • Positive nature with ability to show resilience and work in a composed manner
  • Strong attention to detail
