About the Role
The Role of Receptionist at Rodericks Dental is a key position in our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring patients have a great experience from the moment they arrive
- Providing a high level of customer service and support to patients and team members alike
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Working with the team to understand treatment options and provide information to patients
- Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
- Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organisations
Key Skills and Experience
- Able to build rapport with patients and team members
- Passionate about driving the success of the practice
- Able to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way
- Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture, and rebooking)
- IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software
- Positive nature with ability to show resilience and work in a composed manner
- Strong attention to detail
