**Senior Claims Administrator**

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will be supervising the cases against our set criteria to assess priority for our team of claims advisers, ensuring that all appropriate information is requested for each claim so that it can be allocated effectively and within a timely manner.

**Who we’re looking for**:
We require an experienced administrator who has worked within the financial services industry and has excellent workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise.

**Required Skills**:

- An understanding of the knowledge required to handle complaints, to ensure relevant information is requested and subsequently passed to Claims Advisers on the complaint files.
- Can work under pressure demonstrating effective time management and embraces changes.
- A team player who has a proactive approach to support others within the team.

Required Technical Knowledge
- Proven experience of working as an administrator within the Financial services industry.
- A good understanding of all products, including life, pensions, and investments is desirable, however we are seeking an individual who has the ability to learn this quickly.
