We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving company and encapsulates exceeding customer expectations. You, the Senior Service Administrator will head up a team of 4 reporting into the Service Manager ensuring their customers receive a high level of service delivery whilst managing internal and external stakeholders.
This Senior Service Administrator role provides a varied workload dealing with customers, internal stakeholders and providing administrative support to the technical team.
This is a contract role with the ability to be extended, our client is constantly growing and the successful talent will be brought in as part of the family.
This Senior Service Administrator role will have the below responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Day to Day operational management of the field service team, reports all issues to the Service Manager.
- Reports all operational customer related issues to the Service Manager.
- Takes ownership of any un-resolved operational and administrative customer related issues and ensures they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Monitors and takes steps to improve the two-way flow of Service information between our customers and the whole Service team, the Engineers and Service Administration team and subcontractors and the whole Service team.
- Provides first line support whenever possible. Assigns more detailed queries to relevant team member.
- Monitors all departmental issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Takes an active role in the planning of all operational activities, this will include manpower management, tooling, sub-contractors and parts.
- Responsible for ensuring that all the key department operational and administrative functions are delivered efficiently and accurately.
- Develops the administration team to excel in customer service.
- Under the direction of the Service Manager, oversees the warehouse to ensure the correct management of large stock items and efficient use of the Warehouse space.
- Assists the Technical Support Engineer to project manage service projects and repairs to ensure their timely delivery.
- Manages the logistics of Engineer training.
- Assist the department Aftersales Administrator to manage the Service department PPE, tooling and instrument calibration.
- Manage and oversee the dispatch and delivery of Service Items to customers, sub-contractors and other locations. This may include export and import carriage.
This Senior Service Administrator vacancy will require the below qualifications and exposure:
- Previous working exposure within a service department
- Technically minded with exposure within a technical role
- Previous exposure working with engineers
- Previous experience managing a team would be advantageous
- Confident communicator
- KPI and service driven
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
