We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator/PA to join our Business Development and Advice department as part of Technical Connection Services Division.
The successful person will be joining a new team, where have lots of scope for new ideas, varied projects at the start delivering our strategy to our Partner facing departments. This may include organising events, arranging podcasts, logistics, planning and round table discussions and some admin support tasks to aid the wider team.

Someone who likes working with people and likes to support the people and teams around them, extremely organised, a self-starter who asks the right questions. They will also be confident with a natural ability to think flexibly and have a proactive approach to work with a considerate and team mindset who thrives within a busy team.
**Responsibilities**:
To provide secretarial, administrative and support to the senior managers within the Technical Connection Division and support the wider team with administrative and coordination and project support in the following areas.
- Events
- Diary management
- Podcast creation
- Discussion Groups
- Travel and Hospitality bookings
