We are seeking a practical and numerate administrator to support our Partner Engagement and Consultancy(PE&C) division at St James’s Place. You will be responsible for supporting BAU activities within the PE&C Operations Team which include collating monthly Management Information packs and completing day to day and ad hoc administrative tasks.

The role will impact the PE&C Operations Team’s efficiency by ensuring day to day responsibilities are carried out in a timely fashion, in turn the role will support the effectiveness of the PE&C Department as a whole.

**What you’ll be doing?**
- Responsible for allocating new cases to the Investment Consultancy Helpdesk (ICHD)
- Collating monthly Management Information packs
- Processing requests for printing advice reports for Private Clients, and completing the associated invoicing process
- Maintenance of Private Client markers
- Maintenance of the Operations Team SharePoint site
- Supporting Partner Engagement and Consultancy(PE&C) with any ad hoc data requirements & administrative tasks
- Providing technical support for Microsoft Forms
- Ensuring relevant processes are kept up to date

**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge including intermediate or above Excel skills
- Solid understanding of business processes and administration
- Ability to handle workload & potentially conflicting priorities to ensure targets are met.
- Excellent communication skills & ability to create positive relationships
- Keen eye for detail, ability to spot & correct erroneous data.
- Ability to use initiative to put forward ideas to improve processes & procedures
- To be able to communicate clearly & effectively and be able to manage stakeholders at different levels.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
