**Business Assurance Administrative Support Assistant**

**Location**: Cirencester Office /Hybrid

**Employment Type**: Permanent

The main purpose of this role is to support the Business Assurance Team, assisting with the oversight of automated system processes and our TVAS Tracking System.

You will be involved in supporting the effective running of Business Assurance and the maintenance of departmental SLA’s, while also supporting the Partnership by fielding queries on Business Assurance Systems and their outcomes.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Monitoring the automated case selection model to ensure it is operating correctly.
- Reviewing Admin Centre queries on approved cases to support the processing of new business in an efficient manner.
- Providing clear and concise feedback and support to Partners where it is identified cases have been submitted incorrectly.
- Managing the departmental inbox by responding to queries from individuals around the business or redirecting them as appropriate.
- Ensure new TVAS cases are logged on the system and liaising with internal TVAS technicians, managers and the wider Partnership with regards to SLAs and updates on reports.

- An analytical mindset with ability to accurately review system behaviour and analyse results.
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility.
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team - promoting the SJP culture and maintaining the reputation of the team.
- Experience within a service driven role and the skills to work efficiently to ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLA’s to maintain excellent service delivery.
