We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Product Specialist to join our Client Services Division. This role is a pivotal to the ongoing improvement and development of our Product Teams focus areas.
The main purpose of the role is to support the resolution of client complaints, discretion requests, and incidents. The role holder will also be closer to the broader product proposition to give insights gained to support administration process improvement.

**What you’ll be doing?**
- Responsible for reviewing and responding to discretion aligned to the relevant Product Team.
- Ensuring that any discretions agreed remain within the appropriate regulatory framework and within autonomy limits.
- Ensuring improvements are recorded, referred and progression is monitored through to implementation.
- Supporting the ‘executive’ cases referred by senior management including drafting appropriate acknowledgment (if required), referring to the appropriate business area for resolution, and updating the Partner where required.
- Providing mentoring to administration colleagues in relation to complaints and discretions where required.
- Ensuring relevant information is recorded on Salesforce.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Someone who can understand relationships and structure within SJP and our Admin Centres.
- A good understanding of head office functions and able to direct queries to the relevant areas.
- Ability to look for opportunities to go above and beyond, including the ability to communicate optimally to individuals around the business.
- Ability to report and understand MI and to use this in combination with process knowledge to identify potential improvements.
- Capable of creating and presenting information, process suggestions, MI and reports.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
