Due to expansion and growth, we have a brand-new opportunity for a team administrator to join our Client Services Division, where you will provide administration support via the services we offer to our Partnership and Field Management Teams (FMT) and wider business.

A confident and personable individual, with a passion for providing the highest levels of support and delivering exceptional service. Excellent attention to detail and written English and verbal skills. Organised and supportive by nature, who has excellent relationship-building skills and understands the importance of efficiency and organisation. A standout colleague who wants to get things right and can thrive in an exciting and varied environment with a degree of resilience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain support for various administration tasks, which might include travel, appointments, valuation, and transaction summaries.
- Educate and collaborate closely with others, highlighting trends and client queries.
- Refer live cases and concession requests for resolution.
- Assist our Product Teams to support Service Improvement Recommendations.
- Checking and approving divisional spend and invoices.
- Helping to maintain and update organisation chart changes, telephone call paths, and pick-up groups as required.
- Support two Divisional Directors with diary management, appointments, and travel bookings.
Special Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A flair for systems and a desire to learn.
