Hooray are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services organisation in the recruitment for a Customer Care Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis for two months.

As a Customer , you will:

  • Provide support to the Case Handlers 
  • Identify and collate data required for the investigation of client requests and some complaints 
  • Provide timely and suitable updates to clients
  • Log enquires and calls onto the system
  • Manage inbox and assign cases to case handlers 

To be a successful as a Customer Care Administrator, you will:

  • Be computer literate and able to use a variety of systems
  • Have basic data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Be confident in using excel and in-house databases 
  • Be adaptable in your approach and able to manage a large caseload
  • Confident in liaising with a range of people

In return, my client is offering a salary of £12.00ph + above statutory holiday pay. Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position for 2 months.
