**FOS Administrator**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our FOS Team. You will be providing general admin support to the FOS Team, ensuring regulatory standards are met in complaint administration, and organising and sending vital information for FOS investigations.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- To provide administration support to the FOS Team to assist with preparing complaint files to be sent to FOS.
- To work with FOS Team colleagues where required to help data gather and collate the information needed to respond to the FOS file submission requests.
- To consider the nature of the complaint and the SJP response and best utilise the available information across several different systems to help prepare the file submission.
- To accurately set up FOS file submission folders for individual complaint cases in a timely manner, showing awareness of those items which are deemed appropriate to send and which are not.
- You will be involved in the allocation of work to the wider FOS team and updating workflow tasks on our complaint handling database.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Some experience of regulated complaint handling within financial services.
- Good understanding of FOS and the importance of the data recorded.
- Good understanding of the rules for FOS submissions, the Time Bar principle and awareness of when this can be applied to FOS referrals.
- Good understanding of what paperwork supports new business and ongoing advice including review meetings and how to recognise these documents.
- Some knowledge of the different type of investment products providing you with a greater understanding of a client’s complaint.
