Working as part of a small, friendly and dedicated team, the role of the Senior Administrator is to ensure our Partners and Advisers are meeting their regulatory requirements including making sure they are appropriately licensed to provide advice, they have completed the required levels of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and they hold a valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).

You'll also handle queries and collaborate closely with the Partnership and Field Management Team (FMT) as well as updating system records and producing reports on these areas.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Update central records and systems for Licensing, SPS renewals and CPD activity.
- Support the quarterly reaccreditation process to include the exercise build, communications, enrolments, and data validation.
- Process recharging of examination and CII membership costs.
- Assist with maintaining the accuracy of the ‘Activities’ and ‘Accredited Body’ data on the FCA Directory.
- Produce management information and reports on these activities as required.

**Who we're looking for**
- Experience of Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Strong attention to detail is required in order to accurately scrutinise information.
- Able to work independently and as part of the Partnership Accreditation team and wider Technical Connection Division.
- Capable of prioritising own workloads and supporting other members of the team with their workloads.
- Ability to build and manage relationships and communicate effectively.
