**Job Introduction**

We are currently looking for a new Service & Warranty Administrator to join the Lister Wilder family at either our branch near Cirencester or our branch near Reading. If you have experience in dealing with warranties within the motor trade, and have strong administration and customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for the submission of warranty claims to all of our key suppliers, monitor claims in progress, ensure jobs are invoiced and claims are submitted, checking submitted claim progress and unpaid credit notes. You will also provide regular updates and reports on how warranty claims are progressing.

The hours for this role are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We may be able to consider an element of home working as part of this role.
- Extremely strong administrative skills and the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
- High level attention to detail
- Able to use your own initiative and multi-task.
- Comfortable using a range of IT systems and programmes.
- Previous warranty experience, possibly within the motor trade or similar would be an advantage.
