Niche Recruitment is proud to be supporting our established client with the recruitment of a fixed-term Sales Administrator, based in South Cerney, Gloucestershire. One of Europe’s fastest-growing distributors in the IT industry, you’ll be joining a thriving team and will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks.

With exceptional company benefits and hybrid working, once training is completed, this 12-month FTC offers a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and innovative organisation, whilst building on your experience and skills.

Based in the office 3 days per week and 2 days from home once training is completed, the role offers a salary of £22,000pa with an OTE of £3,000.

**As a Sales Administrator, your core responsibilities will be**:

- Managing the sales order and quoting process from the customer’s PO receipt to the Supply Chain Team.
- Conducting daily customer invoice reporting to ensure seamless operational flow and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in the management of the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Providing support in basic-level quotations and queries.
- Developing and fostering excellent working relationships with account management, supply chain, and renewals functions.

- High regard for customer service, coupled with priority management and multitasking abilities.
- Numeracy skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
- Knowledge of the product set would be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

**About the role...**

As Sales Administrator, you will be providing administrative and proactive assistance to the external sales team, renewals team, and/or product sales team based on business needs.

Ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to service level agreements, you will oversee the quoting and sales order process, from the purchase order through to coordinating with the Supply Chain team.

Working closely with the Account Managers, you’ll conduct quality checks, resolve errors and communicate with customers to resolve any issues.
