Cirencester**

You will manage customer service requests which may include expedite requests, return requests and other post-shipment queries. You will be responsible for managing customer order backlogs ensuring that all open orders are observed until they are delivered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing customer service requests which may include expedite requests, return requests and other post-shipment queries
- Responsible for managing customer order backlogs ensuring that all open orders are observed until they are delivered
- Respond to customer's requests promptly in a professional and friendly manner
- Build and maintain business relationship with customers, ensuring actions are processed promptly and accurately
- Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and comments
- Own all order related issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the business
- Validate customer purchase orders and create internal sales orders
- Keep customers up to date with the status of their orders and any future product-related information
- Previous customer service or administrative experience would be an advantage
- Good attention to detail and concentration skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong and confident communicator
