Service Administrator

**Job Introduction**
We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join the Lister Wilder family at our branch near Cirencester. If you have strong administrative skills with experience of working in a car dealership, garage or service department and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
This would be an administrative role to start with but there is potential for it to grow into a Workshop Coordinator role as your product knowledge and understanding increases. It’s also important that you have excellent customer service skills and are comfortable in front of the customer as you would be speaking to them about their service, repair or warranty work.
The key responsibilities involve:
- Answering service calls
- Dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Organising the engineers workload via our scheduler.
- Raising job cards and managing customer expectations.
- A strong administrator with great communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience within a car dealership, garage or service department would be beneficial.
- A team player who can work well under pressure, organise workloads and maintain calmness during busy periods.
- Comfortable using a range of IT systems with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong attention to detail, able to use your own initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Due to location of the branch, a clean driving licence and car owner.
