Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This is a key leadership role within our hospitality team.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain cleanliness standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest requests and resolve issues
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy rates and maintenance requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals used in a hotel setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
