Sales and Business Development Specialist

GP Strategies Training Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Account Manager to drive business growth in the UK region. The successful candidate will develop new and existing business opportunities, leveraging their expertise in consultative sales methodology to deliver revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales targets consistently, with a strong understanding of local market trends and client needs. They will be able to build and execute regional campaigns to drive sales growth, while maintaining a pipeline of minimum 3x sales target.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own an annual business development plan for the designated geographic territory.
- Build and execute regional campaigns aligned to the annual plan to drive sales.
- Support the growth of GP Strategies market share in the region.
- Bring an existing portfolio of EMEA based clients for introduction to GP's Leadership and DEI Solution.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales target.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of minimum 3x sales target.
