Job Description:

This Business Growth Specialist role is responsible for driving growth by onboarding new users, maintaining strong relationships with existing users, and supporting them throughout their journey. You will actively gather and relay user feedback to our team to help improve the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new users and maintain relationships with existing ones
  • Gather user feedback to inform platform improvements
  • Research new markets and opportunities for expansion
  • Foster community relations to ensure ongoing engagement and growth

We offer competitive compensation (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum) and flexible remote work options. This role requires proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
