Sales Business Development Specialist

As a Sales Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through proactive communication and building relationships with candidates and clients.
The Role:
- Generate new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and networking events
- Develop a strong network of candidates and clients to drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
- Promote job openings across various channels, including online job boards and social media platforms
- Manage performance targets and exceed them
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and candidates
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Business Development Specialist. You will have the chance to develop your skills in sales, customer service, and relationship-building. Our programme offers a competitive salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission scheme, with an estimated annual OTE of £45,000 - £65,000.
