About the RoleThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading high-performing sales teams, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a talented sales team, and working closely with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed targets.
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and exceeding targets as a sales leader.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Up-to-date knowledge of sales principles, customer needs, and market trends.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of £60,000 per annum.
- A guaranteed OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
